Restore is an antioxidant night cream, providing the highest percentage of retinol (2.5%) available without a prescription. With a 5% broad-spectrum, water-soluble CBD base, SOTA restore is formulated to reduce the signs of photo-damage and skin inflammation while restoring the skin barrier function.

Retinol activates the collagen-producing cells to reduce fine lines and brown spots, fight acne/blemishes, and promote cellular turnover. Topical Vitamin A has been shown to play a role in cancer prevention, and Polypodium Leucotomos (PLE) works to improve fine lines and protect your skin from free radicals resulting from exposure to outside elements, such as UV radiation.

SOTA restore is designed to  penetrate deep enough into the skin that it can effectively stimulate collagen production and accelerate cell renewal and repair, smoothing fine lines and wrinkles and improving skin tone in the process.

We recommend that you use the product at night before bed.  Wash your face with SOTA's reclaim cleanser and wait a few minutes until your skin is completely dry. This is important, because if your skin is damp, the retinol will not be able to absorb more deeply into your skin and might cause irritation. Take a pea-size amount of your restore and starting at your chin, apply with your fingertips in upward and outward motions throughout your face and forehead.

Remember to apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen the morning after, as retinol can make skin more sensitive to the sun.

Retinol (Vitamin A) is essential for many physiological processes, including maintaining all surface skin integrity and function. Vitamin A supports the daily replacement of skin cells and ensures that the skin can produce mucous and provide a barrier to infection.
